The My Next Fragrance Promise

At My Next Fragrance (MNF), we're committed to providing authentic fragrances and an exceptional customer experience. The My Next Fragrance Promise is designed to help customers confidently discover fragrances they'll love.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

• Every fragrance sold by My Next Fragrance is 100% authentic.
• All travel sprays are filled directly from genuine designer and niche fragrance bottles.
• We never sell counterfeit, imitation, or "dupe" fragrances.

2. Love It or Swap It

If your fragrance isn't the right fit, we'll issue store credit for the full amount you paid for your purchase, including the original shipping charges and applicable taxes.

Store credit will be added to your My Next Fragrance account and may be used toward any future purchase.

Store credit never expires.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for The My Next Fragrance Promise:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The fragrance must have been used only enough to evaluate it over several wearings.
• Your request must include:
  • Your order number
  • The fragrance you'd like to swap
  • A brief explanation of why it wasn't the right fit
• Customers may receive one approved Promise claim every 90 days.

4. Returns

In most cases, the fragrance does not need to be returned.

However, My Next Fragrance reserves the right to request the return of a fragrance before issuing store credit if circumstances reasonably suggest misuse of The My Next Fragrance Promise.

If My Next Fragrance requests a return, MNF will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Fair Use

The My Next Fragrance Promise exists to support fragrance discovery—not to provide additional product without genuine evaluation.

My Next Fragrance reserves the right to deny or limit Promise requests involving repeated or patterned attempts to obtain additional fragrance, fraudulent activity, or other misuse of the program.

6. Eligible Products

Unless specifically stated otherwise, every fragrance sold by My Next Fragrance is eligible for The My Next Fragrance Promise.

7. Store Credit

• Store credit is issued electronically to your My Next Fragrance account.
• Store credit may be used toward any product available on My Next Fragrance.
• If your new fragrance costs more than your available credit, you simply pay the difference.
• Store credit never expires.

8. Returns & Refunds

My Next Fragrance does not offer traditional returns or refunds on opened fragrances.

Instead, eligible purchases are covered by The My Next Fragrance Promise, allowing you to confidently discover your next fragrance through store credit if your original selection isn't the right fit.

9. Policy Changes

My Next Fragrance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue The My Next Fragrance Promise at any time.

Any approved Promise requests submitted before a policy change will continue to be honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
