Called on a Saturday when they were closed to make a change to my order and left a message. The owner called me back within minutes even though they were closed and adjusted my order , he was very friendly and courteous it was very pleasant. I wish more companies had customer service like this. He shipped it right away I had my order in 3 days from ordering and the presentation was beautiful on this decant buy far the best packaging and atomizer I've received from a decant company. The product was authentic and untapped with a lot of companies water thiers down. I was very impressed from start to finish and they will be my go to from now on.
