At My Next Fragrance, we strive to provide you with the finest fragrances. To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following return policy:
Returns are only eligible if Returns Coverage was purchased at checkout. If this coverage was not selected, all sales are considered final and non-returnable. To qualify for a return, you must initiate it within 7 days of receiving your order.Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Note that shipping charges and Returns Coverage fees are non-refundable.
